The Director Senior Appointments (DSA) is tasked with making available to service members accurate information regarding the senior leadership within the Department of National Defence and the Canadian Forces.

Fonds consists of coloured photographs of organization charts which identify Generals, Brigadier-Generals and Lieutenant-Generals within the Department of National Defence and the Canadian Forces throughout the 1980s and 1990s. The organization charts contain small photographs of each individual.
