Cases were submitted by the following women, with year of submission in parentheses: Anne Haslip, Elizabeth Ann Cholwell (1873), Eliza Ann Brush, Sarah Roche, Catherine Houses (?), Eliza Highinbotham, Anna Maria Roden, Mary Davis, Elizabeth H.
