The records of the Alberta Federation of Property Owners' Associations were donated to the Provincial Archives of Alberta as part of a larger group of records belonging to Edith Rogers, who had been vice president and then secretary of the Alberta Federation of Property Owners' Associations. Keith Chisholm, on behalf of Kathleen Redmond, Edith Rogers' cousin, deposited the records in the Provincial Archives of Alberta in 1986.

The fonds consists of the records of the Alberta Federation of Property Owners' Associations and includes minutes, correspondence and reports.
