Anglican Diocese of New Westminster Archives
The Archives of the Diocese of New Westminster was established in 1980.
Mandate is to arrange and describe the official records of the Diocese of New Westminster, its Officers and Committees, and such other records deemed of historical value. Holdings include constitution and canons, Synod Journals, clergy documents and registers, subject cut files, diocesan officers and deaconess files, financial records, general correspondence files, legal records, parish files, personnel records, procedures manuals, records of the Bishops and diocesan officers, including the Legal Assessor, Registrar and Treasurer, records of program officers, including the Christian Education Coordinator, Communications Officer and Youth Ministry Coordinator, and records of Diocesan Council and various boards, committees and task forces. Also included are some personal collections and records of related organizations such as Anglican Church Women, Missions to Seamen, and Camp Artaban.

Until construction of a new building is completed and opened, no records are accessible.
Records are subject to the British Columbia Personal Information Privacy Act (PIPA)
The archives are fully accessible to those with mobility issues.
Photocopier, microfilm reader/printer are available for use for a small fee.
