Consists of, first of all, general administration records, including act of incorporation, constitution and canons, Synod journals, architectural plans and drawings, cemetery records, Columbia Mission reports, diocesan newspaper records, financial records, general administration files, parish statistics, personnel records, petitions and consecrations, property records, records relating to Anglican Chinese Missions, Anglicans in Mission and the Society for the Propagation of the Gospel, and Synod Office manager's files; secondly, records of diocesan offices and officers, including Bishops, Chancellor, Diocesan Registrar of Parochial Ministrations, Lay Secretary and Program Director; and thirdly, records of various boards, committees and task forces, including the Executive Council, the Administration and Finance Committee and various other bodies.
