Armstrong-Spallumcheen Museum
The Armstrong-Spallumcheen Museum was established in 1973 and moved to its present location in 1983. Its mandate is to acquire historical material (including archival records) from the Armstrong-Spallumcheen area.
The acquisitions of the Museum are directed to the continued enrichment of the museum's permanent collection of artifacts, archives, and other materials that cover the history and development of the Armstrong and Spallumcheen areas. Although primarily interested in the time period dating from the mid-1800s, the collection also includes artifacts representative of the Native Indian cultures of these areas.
