The records of the Baie Verte Pastoral Charge remained in the pastoral charge until after the United Church Conference Archives was opened in the 1960's. Minute, Account Books, Church Committees Records and School Board Minutes were transferred to the United Church Archives in May 1999.
Scope and content
Fonds consist of Baptism, Marriage and Burial Records, Board and Committee Records, Church Histories, Funds/Congregational Financial Records and Women's Groups Meetings.
The fonds are divided into the following series: Baptism, Marriage and Burial Records, 1906-1933; Board and Committee Records, 1940-1977; Church Histories, 1943-1984; Funds and Congregational Financial Records, 1906-1980; Women's Groups, 1954-1968.
