Fonds is arranged into three series: Administrative and operational records; Newspaper clippings; Photographs and audio/visual.

Fonds relates to David Martyn’s leadership of worship services at all of the congregations that he served. Includes records relating to his preaching as a student minister. Fonds consists of two record series: Sermons (1973-2012) and Memorial services (1977-1992).

The fonds consists of correspondence and report files; minutes of congregational meetings (1927-1967), Official Board (1954-1967), Session (1926-1970), Stewards (1926-1966), Christian Education Committee (1961-1966), Building Committee (1937-1939), and Pastoral Relations Committee (1956); membership records (1926-1930; 1947-1970); baptismal records (1951-1969); civil marriage records (1954-1970); financial records (1931-1937, 1949-1957); and records of the Sunday School and various Christian Education organizations and Women's organizations.

Fonds consists of the records of Ellesmere United Church and its predecessor, Capitol Hill United Church, as well as some records of the Capitol Hill Pastoral Charge, which include records from Douglas Road United Church, Cliff Avenue United Church and Westridge United Church, as well as some records from Ellesmere-Willingdon Heights Pastoral Charge. Records include Baptism registers (1930-1959), Marriage registers (1931-1980), and Burial registers (1932-1964); Membership records (1947-1970); Joint Official Board minutes (1934-1963), Session minutes (1947-1969), Stewards minutes (1931-1970), Official Board minutes (1940-1954), Congregational Meetings minutes (1940-1954), and Building Committee minutes (1961); Woman's Association minutes (1932-1961); Financial records (2014); and Annual reports (1981-1997).

The collection consist of photographs Robinson took of Aboriginal Australian peoples, small placards with descriptions of tribal items and customs, and two articles and a photograph regarding a Hobby Show Robinson participated in in 1947.

Fonds is comprised of the family papers of Sydney Helmer Standen and Euphemia Young Standen (nee McQueen). These papers include ancestral records and photographs dating from the 1860s to the 1970s and touch geographically on England, Scotland, Ontario, Saskatchewan and British Columbia. They pertain primarily to the families of Standen, McQueen, Drysdale, Ronald and Bensen and include such individuals as Sydney (Sid) Helmer Standen, Euphemia (Effie) Young Standen, Philip Andrew Standen, Neil McQueen Standen, Sydney Drysdale Standen, Eric James William Standen, James McQueen, Margaret (Maggie) McQueen, and Peter Ian McQueen. Subjects include migration, settlement, farming, education, teaching, military service and war, and domestic life.

The fonds consists of minutes of the Board of Control (1913-1973), annual reports of the superintendent (1916-1972), correspondence of the Board Chairman, minutes and other records of the finance committee, records of the Burnaby Home Task Force of the Metropolitan Council, records of the women's auxiliary (1912-1973), and other material.

Fonds consists of three record series: Westminster Presbytery and Executive meeting minutes (1925-1998); Correspondence of the Presbytery Secretary (1927-1959; 1977-1989); Subject files of the Presbytery Secretary (1950-1992); Pastoral Charge files of the Presbytery Secretary 1975-1992); and Roll of Presbytery (1930-1935).
