The bulk of the records were held by John Arthur and Lisbeth Burns and passed on to their daughter, Mary Chapman. Mrs Chapman donated the records to the West Vancouver Museum and Historical Society in 1987, from whom they were passed on to the West Vancouver Archives.
Scope and content
The series consists of records of Jack Burns and the Burns family, including miscellaneous real estate documents, family correspondence, and biographical information.
