The records of Gladstone United Church came to The United Church of Canada Archives-Conference of Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario as part of several transfers of records from the Gladstone Pastoral charge in 1978; Gladstone United Church in 1998, 2000, and 2005; and from Betty McIvor in 2005.

The records of Gladstone United Church held at the conference archives include: Sacramental Registers pertaining to Baptisms (1897-1925, 1938-1939, 1943-1996), Marriages (1902- 1996), and Burials (1903-1927, 1938-1939, 1956-1997); Vital Statistics: Forms and Circulars (1911-1915); records of the congregation (1925-1983); records of the Session (1878-2004); Historic Roll (1925-1971);records of the Board of Stewards (1924-1935, 1943-1976); records of the Official Board (1923-1958); records of the Official Board/Board of Managers (1943-1974); records of the Ladies Aid (1925-1927, 1941-1949); records of the Sunday School (1925-1933); Communion Rolls (1940-1945); financial records (1924-1982); Stewardship reports (1964-1969); records of the Manse/Property Committee (1928, 1955); records of the Pastoral Oversight Report (1982); records of the AOTS (1948-1954); records of the Women's Association (1958-1962); records of the United Church Women (1962-1986); and histories.
