The source is unknown. 02.13 was donated by Eleanor Osment. The prescriptions were found in the pharmacy by her husband, Glen. The medicine bottles were donated by Kathy Husel in 2012. They were in the house previously owned by Eleanor Osment.

Other materials include 53 photographs, 11 negatives, and 26 artifacts. The artifacts are 21 (emptied) glass medicine bottles, 1 large tin container, 3 cardboard containers, and a 24x16x6 inch wooden box containing stencils and paints to use in window displays from the Cull, and later the Fred Mills, pharmacies.
