Fonds includes primarily: I. Secretary-Treasurer files, 1952-1962, ca.40 cm; consisting of an alphabetical file series and some additional material. These files include minutes, correspondence, financial records and tax assessment records pertaining to the financial administration of the hospital district. Fonds also includes: II. National Parks and Historic Sites Division records, 1956-1959, 5.5.cm; and III. Other material, 1939-1959, 2.5 cm. The latter series includes some records of the Banff Advisory Council, 1939-ca.1958.

Fonds consists of minutes, 1973-1980, and related correspondence, reports, etc. for the Banff Social Planning Committee and Banff Society for Preventive Social Services.

The fonds consists of 5 newsletters of the Student Nurse Association of Alberta (SNAA) and a history of the alumnae of the Alberta Hospital, Ponoka (1991).

Fonds consists of sample report cards from the Mountain School, 1939; manuscripts, clippings, etc. re Mineral Springs Hospital and Brett Hospital history and nursing, ca.1956-1965; "The Mountain School: a dream come true" by Susan J. Webb, 1978, re Margaret and Henry Greenham and their private school; photographs pertaining to the Sanitarium, Brett Hospital, Henry Greenham, Rotary Club of Banff, ca.1890-ca.1945.

The fonds consists of certificates, memoirs, photographs, newsclippings, diplomas, correspondence, and miscellany related to the Bartlett family and the optometry business.

Collection consists of records pertaining to Dr. Bernard Snell dating from 1939-2006 and includes correspondence, notices, eulogies, newspaper clippings, biographical information, and an oral history interview with Dr. Snell. Collection also includes scanned photographs that depict Bernard and Edna Snell.

The fonds consists of correspondence of Bertha Kipp pertaining to her work at Galt Hospital, minutes and correspondence of the Galt Hospital Alumnae and material relating to the history of nursing in Alberta. Includes photographs of early nurses, histories of hospitals and religious orders, and copies of nursing school regulations.
