The fonds consists of photographs of : Athabasca River ferry in 1906, Athabasca River flood in April, 1904; scow building, Mrs. Gullion, Mr.H.Mullins with a baby in a cradleboard, and views of Athabasca Landing in 1904 and 1913.

The fonds consists of photographs of: Thomas Russell Sr., Janet Burns, May Russell and her husband Dollard McKendrick, Dr. Thomas Russell, Cassie and Jessie Russell, Arda Russell and her brother who were children of William Russell of Chicago, and a childhood photo of Effie, Mary and William Arthur Russell. Photographs of S.G.Stephens, Stephen's children Dora, Gladys and Ethel, and Euphemia Tweddie are from the same studio as a Russell family photograph so are possibly related. Photographs of Dr. Tina Head and three photographs of unidentified people are included but are not numbered.

There is also a 1918 certificate of land title for George Wilber Chase of Rodino, AB, and 2 scenic split bamboo scrolls that once had calendars attached advertising Colinton Lumber Company. A 23-page booklet photographed and published by Charles W. Mathers in 1901, entitled "A Souvenir from the North",is included in this fonds as well as a large drawing of the Devil's Canyon Gold Mine, dug by the Guenette family in 1918, near Colinton, AB. and Lily Band's 1935 Woman's Auxiliary card for St. Andrew's Anglican Church. The collection also includes a 1905 general catalogue for the John M. Smyth Co. in Chicago, material regarding the 1980 Alberta Acghievement Award given to the Hays, Trail North invitations, antique valentines, a history of St. Andrew's Anglican Church in Colinton, a WW11 Red Cross work book listing items made to send overseas, and a poem entitled "Flour Sack Underwear."

The fonds consists of a 100th birthday congratulatory certificate from the Lieutenant-Governor of Alberta, a newspaper clipping, a coloured photograph from Albert's middle years, and four photographs of his 100th birthday party. The artifacts are a pair of brass studded leather gauntlets, a brass studded leather belt and a size 7 Smithbilt stetson made in Calgary.
