Items described here consist of a folder of documents pertaining to the creation of a union congregation in 1918 and dealing with matters of church property.

Items described here consist of: a Sacramental Register containing entries for baptisms (1925-1952); a Communion Roll (1926-1962); minutes of meetings of the Board of Management and minutes of Annual Meetings of the congregation (1925-1941); and a financial ledger (1942-1952).

The series consists of documents created by the congregation of St. Paul's United Church, and includes the following sub-series: Sacramental Registers, 1900-1977; Membership Rolls and records of the Session, 1919-1968; records of the Official Board, 1940-1964; Annual Reports, 1991; records of the Board of Stewards and church property, 1918-1974; records of Lay Associations, 1918-1940; and Reference, 1961-1985.

The records of Newbridge United Church held at the conference archives include: Communion Roll and Registers (1918 - 1963) and records of the Session (1958 - 1961).

The records of Durban United Church held at the conference archives include records of the congregation (1944 - 1952).

The surviving records of Chumah United Church are arranged in the following series: Sacramental Registers, 1916-1930; records of Annual Congregational Meetings and Annual Reports; 1930-1955; and records pertaining to the Board of Stewards and Church Property, 1903-1933.

The records of Harlington Methodist Church held at the conference archives include: records of the Sunday School (1902-1920); records of the Epworth League (1904-1905, 1912); and financial records (1921-1925).
