Fonds consists of personal and professional records created and collected by Dr. Bob Hatfield. The fonds relate to the many aspects of his career as an internist, professor, researcher and lecturer. The fonds also contains records created during Dr. Hatfield's tenure on the Palliative Care Committee Program and as President of the Alberta Medical Association. The fonds is arranged into four Series: (1) Medical practice, professional service, scholarly activities and recognition (2) Personal and professional correspondence (3) Personal records and (4) Photographs.

The fonds consists of photographs of her nursing service at Gleichen and during the Second World War, of a Blackfoot (Siksika) sun dance (1930s), and of her uncle, Thomas A.P. Frost.

Fonds consists of original and photocopied records and includes minutes, bylaws, a volunteer information booklet, and a list of hospital equipment purchased by MHVA funds.

The fonds consists of Frank's personal papers and business records regarding the Rosedale Coal Mine (including reports from a Pinkerton detective he hired to work undercover at the mine during a time of labour unrest, the Winnipeg General Strike, and the One Big Union) and Sentinel Oils; Marion's correspondence, poems and sheet music; a recorded interview with Norman Moodie about his father and his own career (1982); and extensive photographs of Moodie family, early nursing, the Rosedale Mine and the Drumheller area.

The fonds consists of S.B. Lucas' correspondence and diaries while Indian agent (1884-1897), homestead applications and farm journal (1898-1902); Amelia Lucas' diary (1903-1904), which includes a few entries by S.B. I. Maud Lucas' nursing certificates, military records and autobiography; Thomas William Lucas' diary (1904); Sam Lucas' reminiscences; and miscellaneous family certificates, biographical notes, newsclippings, and articles about the Wetaskiwin area.
