The fonds includes a report from the Edmonton Rugby Union Fundraising Committee, and a poster from a fundraising event, a concert by The Dubliners.

The collection consists of eleven posters relating to Edmonton's Capital Ex and one poster relating to the Calgary Stampede dating from 1966 -- 1975.

The fonds consists of materials related to the Klondike Days Fly-In, an event celebrating bush pilots and aviation in Alberta, created by Events Edmonton, formerly the Klondike Days Association of Edmonton. The fonds includes posters celebrating the event as well as copies of clippings from various publications documenting this history of aviation and bush pilots in Alberta.

The material relates to the planning and management of various annual editions of Jeux francophones de l'Alberta and other sport events and consists of annual reports and minutes, financial reports, project files, research material, correspondence and audio-video material documenting FSFA activities.

The collection consists of 78 rpm, 33 1/3 rpm, LPs, microgroove, shellac, acetate, vinyl, and transcription audio discs that comprised Sunwapta Broadcasting's (CFRN Radio's) music library for radio broadcast, and David Lennick's personal record collection. These two collections were intermixed by the Grant MacEwan College Music Library so are no longer distinct entities. The collection consists mainly of popular music, sound effects, production music, and syndicated radio plays and programs. The original Sunwapta Broadcasting Co. collection consisted of approximately 14,500 audio discs of a mix of American, Canadian, British and other commercial recordings of music, 1920s to 1950s, that comprised Sunwapta Broadcasting's (CFRN's) music library for radio broadcast. Music genres include big band, Christmas, classical, country/western, easy listening, ethnic, pop/jazz vocalist, folk, French, gospel/spiritual, instrumental/easy listening, jazz, military, novelty, rhythm and blues, rock and roll, and sacred. The original David Lennick collection consisted of approximately 2500 audio discs of a mix of American, Canadian, British, and other commercial recordings of sound effects, production music, syndicated radio plays and programs, and classical, jazz, western and popular music.

The fonds is made up of one file of clippings, notes, and handbooks relating to the Boy Scouts; one photograph of the 194th Overseas Battalion, CEF, Edmonton Highlanders, taken in Toronto November 7, 1916; and cinefilms depicting Edmonton's Klondike Days parade in the 1960's or 1970's, mountain views, and aerial views of Edmonton and the river valley.

Fonds consists of a sports day programme for the Vermilion Pastime Club and one issue of <em>The Link</em> newspaper of Vermilion, Alberta.

Fonds consists of records that document the incorporation of the Duhamel Community League and document its contributions to the town of Duhamel through the planning of community activities from 1957 to 1971. The fonds includes bylaws and minutes of the Duhamel Community League.

The fonds consists of images of the Wetaskiwin hockey teams, including the Wetaskiwin Ladies Hockey Team (1905-1906), the Wetaskiwin Hockey Club (1911-1912), the Wetaskiwin High School hockey team (1935-1936), the Wetaskiwin Colonels (1945-1946).

The fonds consists of a certificate of registration of the College of Physicians and Surgeons for Dr. John Park dating from 1906 and a certificate of registration to the Medical Council of Canada for Dr. John Park. The fonds also includes photographs of pioneer doctors in Alberta including Dr. J Tofield, Dr. McInnes, Dr. J.B. Harrison, Dr. H.C. Wilson, Dr. Francis William Crang, Dr. E. Braithwaite, Dr. Whitelaw, Dr. Edgar Allin, Dr. Philip Roy, Dr. Jules Royal, Dr. Ferris, Dr. William Morrison McKay dating from the 1800s to 1900s, as well as a photograph of the members Canadian Medical Association in Banff in 1889. The fonds also includes newspaper clippings related to the coronations, abdications, and deaths of members of the royal family dating from 1919 to 1937.
