The fonds consists of the FCSS Handbook: an administration and planning guide; and the 1985 Alberta FCSS Directory. In 2011 the FCSS Centennial Volunteer Appreciation Dinner laminated a placemat with photographs from the Athabasca Archives.

The fonds consists of Evelyn's school certificates for 1911, 1914; her Normal School diploma of 1919; Forest's auctioneer license, 19128; 1929 granting of a second homestead application to Forest Day and a 1952 superintendent's report for Evelyn Day. The photograph is of Evelyn Day.

The fonds consists of the letters that Hans Armfelt wrote to his family in Denmark between 1931 and 1937, and a book published in 2009 that compiles all the letters that he wrote home from 1926 to 1942. The book is entitled "All I Need Now are some Chickens, a Cow, and a Wife". The book is illustrated with photographs. It was compiled by Richard Merdin Armfelt. There is also a document from the Alberta Department of the Attorney General, acting as administrator of the estate of Axel Smith, which leased Lake Lot 15 to Hans Armfelt in 1939.

The fonds consists of 12 photographs of buildings in the Town of Athabasca. These photographs are interspersed in a photo album with accession 86.39 to show the buildings as they stood in order on the streets of Athabasca.

The fonds consists of a framed photograph of Dr. Wright's house, located where the Royal Canadian Legion stands in 2009, and a CD of Dr. Wright recording autobiographical information (copied from a cassette).
