Their accreditations for 1996-1999, 1999-2002, and 2002-2005 are included.

The fonds consists of materials created by the Athabasca and District Civil Defence Unit between 1957 and 1973. The fonds consists of minutes of meetings of Athabasca and District Civil Defense Unit, financial statements, correspondence, notes, brochures and general information about civil defense programs. The photograph is of a provincial Civil Defence meeting. Athabasca's representatives are Steve Berezan and Harry Bayliss.

Athabasca Municipal Hospital District No. 13 fonds

The fonds consists of the 1917-1919 cash book and list of hospital board members, the 1952 agreement with the Sisters of Providence regarding the permanent transfer of the old hospital to the Order, the 1955 contract for building a ten room addition on the Athabasca Municipal Hospital Nurse's Residence, and a floor plan of the 1952 hospital. The artifact is the corporate seal for the Athabasca Municipal Hospital District No. 13. It was used from 1937 to 1984. On April 3, 1984 the Athabasca General and Auxiliary Hospital was officially opened. In 2011, the hospital celebrated 100 years of service to Athabasca with an Open House, program and bookmark. Baker Clinic fonds

This fonds consists of records from the Baker Clinic, including partnership agreements between 1955 and 1974, Accounts of J.O. Baker's practice from January 1930 to July 1932, and a Baker Clinic Journal from 1963 to 1992. This fonds also includes a brief biography and autobiography of Dr. Jermyn Oscar Baker, the founder of the Baker Clinic. There is also a programme from the 1952 Canadian Football Championship, and a copy of "Edmonton: the First Fifty Years.

Baker Memorial Sanatorium fonds

The fonds consists of 76 photographs and a scrapbook dating from the 1920 to 1940 of the Central Alberta Sanatorium. Some of the photographs are attributed to W. Oliver of Calgary, but most of the photographs were taken by unidentified photographers. The creator of the scrapbook is also unknown.
