This fonds consists mostly of Loring Woart Bailey, Sr.'s papers. There is a bound volume including natural history notes and extensive press clippings from local New Brunswick and national newspapers about his personal and professional interests; a lecture "The minute in nature" delivered to the Franklin Society in Providence Rhode Island in 1874; illustrations of diatoms found in New Brunswick and a key to the Chaetocerae; a partial draft of a book on the geology of New Brunswick; a paper on erosion and deposition of soil and miscellaneous notes.

There is also a bound volume belonging to Joseph Whitman Bailey, containing press clippings about New Brunswick personalities and happenings and a few visiting cards.

This Bible was published in Philadelphia in 1872 and was acquired by the Howes, possibly after the death of their son William Alexander in 1873. It contains genealogical information on members of the Howe, Boyd, and Sansom families, specifically dates of births, deaths, and marriages. The first entry was dated 1862, and the last, 1965.

The fonds consists of board minutes and annual reports; records relating to fundraising campaigns; admissions records and personal files of children; attendance registers, yearbooks, etc. for the school run by the Home; records of extra-curricular activities of the children; financial records and tax returns; architectural plans and other records re the construction and maintenance of buildings; personal papers of the Wood family; and extensive photographs of the children, staff and activities of the Home.

The fonds consists of Knights Templar certificates (1894 and 1927); Masonic jewel certificate (no date); Merritt Lodge, Hamilton, masonic certificate (1873), Royal Arch Mason certificate (1894), 14 Degree masonic certificate (1904), Shrine certificate (1906), Independent Order of Foresters certificate (1894), Memorial certificate for Bertie Carson (1902) and Diploma (Award) Provincial Exhibition, New Westminster, British Columbia (1898) for "Best Display of Saddlery" to Carson & Shore.

This large collection contains letters from family and friends to Charles and Stella Wagar at Napanee, Ontario, as well as letters from their children, some of which were written during World War Two. Much of the material reflects the leisure interests of the family including fraternal orders such as the Oddfellows, Masons and Rotary and patriotic endeavours such as Red Cross. There are three scrapbooks kept by Allan Walters when a boy during the First World War and six scrapbooks kept by Margaret Walters, c1920-1925. The fonds contains a large quantity of ephemera such as greeting cards and local calendars, travel souvenirs, as well as mementos from meetings, concerts and plays held in the Napanee, Ontario area. There are classroom notes from all three children, including some notebooks kept by Margaret Walters while studying nursing. From Stella Walters came a large collection of sheet music which she used at home and during her many public performances, and another series of cook books. There is also some memorabilia from the Wagar family during the 19th century. Fonds consists of 49 original photographs from the Michael Manson family, mostly from the early 20th century (1898-1928). The photographs depict the Manson family, logging and farming on Hernando and Cortes Islands, Michael and Jane Manson's Golden Wedding anniversary, and Florence McKay's 90th birthday celebration. The photographs were originally in an album with handwritten captions along with newspaper articles about Michael Manson, Jane Manson and Florence McKay.
