The fonds consists of a Sept. 15-16, 1916 exhibitors ticket for the Athabasca & District Agricultural Association Ltd. 1924 tax notice for M.D. of Cartier, No.637; and an invitation to meet Prime Minister Baldwin. Also included are items belonging to Rayner's father, William Eusby Whiteley: a 1910 Overseas Club membership booklet and a business card advertising W.E.Whiteley Builders' and Plasterers' Sand, Perryvale Sand Pit. The photographs are of Rayner in 1908 and of his house being moved 3 miles east of Colinton.

The students in a 1990/91 photograph of the Hutterite Colony School visiting the library are: Johnny, Rhoda, Debbie, Walter, Philip, Julia, Edward, Michelle, Steven, Aaron, and Albert Gross, Betty Stahl and Mrs. Phyliss Mort. Other materials transferred to the archives include an essay written by Nadine Molofy for the Correspondence School Branch in 1948-49 which also includes a photograph of W.H.Swift; the 1981 Canada census information on mother tongues spoken in the Athabasca area; and a program of the 3rd Spring Showcase of local talent library fundraiser in c2001. In 2003, photographs were taken when new carpeting was installed in the library and archives.

The fonds consists of 1890 and 1896 newspaper articles from Edmonton; a brief history of Athabasca Landing as the See of the Anglican Diocese of Athabasca; a 1948 Christmas card with photos of both Athabasca churches; an application form for the hostels; 1959-1960 and 1961-1962 photos of the Hostel gang; April, 1990 booklet "Setting aside moving on" commemorating All Saints' Anglican Church as it is demolished and a new church is built on the site; Feb.3, 1991 consecration of the new All Saints' Church; a 1997 program for the "Burning of the Mortgage"; a few sheets on the history of the church from 1990-2006; a short history of the stained glass window from St.Mark's Church, Plum Lake ; a brief history of St. Alban's Church, South Athabasca including the Women's Auxiliary; and a program of the 100th anniversary of the Parish of Athabasca, 1893-1993. The glass lantern slides include 18 Bible teaching slides and 58 slides of cities and buildings world wide. The photographs include Plum Lake Church, and the 1960 All Saints' choir. The books include 1876 New Testament in Cree syllabics, pub. in England and other psalters and prayer books including the 1909 Presbyterian Book of Praise.
