The fonds consists of material generated and collected by the Lawson family and extended family members. Records include personal correspondence, photographs, journals, school records, and art work, as well as financial and business records pertaining to family businesses, investments and community involvement.

Most of the material was created and collected by Sedgewick himself, and the rest was collected by friends including Robert Roberts after Sedgewick's death.

The fonds consists of personal papers of Mike Wendelboe and Mary Wendelboe, including their certificates and correspondence; Mary's genealogical and fictional writings; family memorabilia; genealogical articles written by Clara Sparks; and photographs of the Wendelboe family, the farm at Barons, Starline, and various Sparks, Lund, Sears, Forster and Slaymaker relatives.

The fonds consists primarily of the records of Harry Mackid and L. Stewart Mackid, including appointment and account books (1906-1920); reminiscences and family tree; medical and masonic certificates (1880-1918); and photographs of the Mackid and Meyer families, Calgary and medical conventions.

Fonds consists of items mostly pertaining to the William C. Miller family in Napanee during the last quarter of the 19th century and to Betty's childhood. The genealogy is incomplete, but concerns the Smith and Miller families. The photographs show some activities of Napanee clubs, such as the Tennis Club, Banjo Club and Bicycle Club. Danielle including, correspondence (1881, 1901); a list of suspected thefts within Octagon Castle (1901); program of "King Momus" Oriental themed masquerade ball (1888), directed by Danielle; 1 sales book, (1894-97), 1 photograph of an unidentified older man.

The fonds consists of Sidney’s diaries and notebooks (1883-1954); correspondence between Isabelle and Sidney during their courtship and early married life (1906-1910); extensive correspondence between Sidney (serving overseas) and Isabelle (on the home front) during the First World War (1916-1918); letters to Sidney from his Brighton siblings, whom he re-meets during the war (1916-1918); letters from Isabelle’s family in Manitoba (1908-1952); letters to Sidney and Isabelle from their children (1932-1947), in particular from Alice and Mabel who trained as nurses at the Royal Alexandra Hospital (1938-1941); and Isabelle’s scrapbook of articles and memorabilia about Craigmyle (1935-1965).

This fonds consists of a small leather-bound notebook containing household expenses, servants and nurses' wages, 1883-1895.

Fonds has been arranged into eight Series. Each series has been broken down by subject and filed chronologically, either by date or alphabetically. The fonds reflect the material kept and collected by Pete Casorso. The records date from 1885 - 1997, but are predominantly from 1922 - 1987, the year after his death. The fonds focuses on the business and financial records kept by Pete Casorso. The files represent his business interests whether it is Mountview Sawmills Ltd. Pioneer Ranch, Casorso Brothers Ltd. and the many properties he owned or co-owned, mining interests (especially Lexington Mines Ltd. and Notre Dames Des Mines). Also included are records relating to insurance and legal indentures, personal records such as correspondence. Many of the records are handwritten and offer a glimpse into the life and times of Pete Casorso, Kelowna pioneer, farmer and businessman. on contents.
