Fonds consists of records related to the activities of the Vegreville and District Centennial Committee and includes a Committee report, programmes from various activities held during the centennial celebrations, a project by the students of A.L. Horton school entitled Vegreville: 100 Facts on Our 100th Birthday, an annual from St. Martin's School, and photographs depicting quilts, exhibition booths, and members of the Women's Institute.

The fonds consists of a copy of Vivien Houle's thesis for partial fulfillment of a Master's of Social Work at the University of British Columbia in 1995, "Collaborative Life Writing with my Grandmother: A Reflexive Feminist Perspective." The fonds also contains eight 90 minute audiocassette tapes capturing the reminiscences of Irma Houle recorded between 1993 and 1995.

The fonds consists of the typewritten manuscript of <em>Le rayonnement d'une œuvre dans le nord albertain</em> by Marie-Anna Adèle Roy. The manuscript has 108 pages of text, and 35 photographs and 3 maps illustrating the text. The manuscript is inscribed: "Collège de Gravelbourg, Section historique. En hommage!" It is composed of two parts: one, of 20 pages, with the title "Aux missionnaires et aux pionniers de La-Rivière-La-Paix", which locates the region, explains the origin of its name and tells the settling story of this part of Alberta; the other, called "Tangent", is the history of the village with the same name, founded in 1927, 300 km North-West of Edmonton. The manuscript ends the evocation of pioneers' life with the narrative of the 50th anniversary's ceremonies of the neighbour parishes Fahler, Donnelly and Girouxville on the 23rd of June, 1963.

The fonds consists of travel photography and corresponding information compiled by Russell to accompany slide shows as well as extensive coverage of various sites and events across Alberta. These images include Medicine Hat, Albertan industry (specifically the Medicine Hat clay industry), churches of various denominations (including the Al Rashid Mosque prior to its move to Fort Edmonton), Edmonton, Calgary, the Calgary and Medicine Hat Stampedes, sports and recreation, and national/provincial parks. International travel photography is also included, such as images from pre-Revolution Cuba and Cold War-era Berlin. The slides also show PRPA field trips, conventions, and photographic lessons as well as title slides created by Russell for use in her slide shows.

The fonds consists of recipe collections that were assembled by Serediak for her home economics classes. These recipes were compiled over many years and contain annotations by Serediak. There are also certificates, diplomas, and other evidence of Serediak's education and teaching career as well as some records related to Serediak's family history (including a Polish passport and birth certificate of a presumed relative).

There are also portraits of de Grandmaison with friends and family over a similar time span. The remainder of the photos depict de Grandmaison's sculptures and work studio, including some images of de Grandmaison at work.</p>;<p>The fonds also consists of textual material that includes a history of the Dournovo family from their time in Russia until their immigration to Canada, other genealogical information, programs from de Grandmaison's shows and unveiling ceremonies of her public works, correspondence (including with prominent figures such as Pierre Trudeau and Peter Lougheed), and legal documents such as de Grandmaison's Russian birth certificate, certificate of Canadian citizenship, and passport.</p>
