The fonds consists of the records that were created, compiled and/or received by the Society in providing services to its membership. The fonds is comprised of the following series: Executive series; National series; Committees series; Reports and Studies series; and Financial series.

Fonds consists of records from the Provincial Chapter including operational records, financial records, executive records and the Association's articles of incorporation. Fonds consists of minutes, correspondence, annual reports, committee and chapter reports, audio cassettes, newsletters, hand books, pamphlets, and mailing lists.

Fonds consists of the business records of the Little Bow Medical Services Association including minutes, by-laws, correspondence, and financial records.

Fonds consists of executive records including board minutes, manual, by-laws, certificate of incorporation, strategic plan, vision and mission statements, as well as the goals of the society. Fonds also consists of operational records including grant applications and project files. Fonds also consists of records pertaining to the operation of the Health Line including contracts, evaluation projects, service agreements with tape sponsors, message transcripts and usage statistics, advertising, annual reports, correspondence, needs assessments, and brochures.

Fonds consists of records pertaining to the establishment and history of the Charles Camsell Hospital including inspection reports, correspondence, photographs of former staff and patients, newspaper clippings, articles, and drawings. Fonds consists of volumes 1-22, and 34 of the Calgary Associate Clinic Historical Bulletin and various articles about pioneer doctors in Alberta.

Fonds consists of a scrapbook dating 1928-1953 that contains newspaper clippings, photographs, correspondence, invitations, programmes, and various issues of the Central Alberta Sanatorium's newsletter.
