The fonds consists of 1 audio cassette recorded in 2001, 4 Depression glass plates, a plaque from the Trail North Foundation naming Dr. Brown Deputy Trail Master, 1980; a vase purchased from Mrs. George Kasper Johnson and a 1978 Athabasca dollar (a souvenir of the May 27-29, 1978 trip to the Grande Rapids). Added in 2005 is a booklet and a plaque naming Dr. Brown as one of the 100 Physicians of the Century in Alberta. There is a framed photograph of Dr. Brown while she was in practise and photos taken at the 2005 award ceremony.

The fonds consists of the 1917-1919 cash book and list of hospital board members, the 1952 agreement with the Sisters of Providence regarding the permanent transfer of the old hospital to the Order, the 1955 contract for building a ten room addition on the Athabasca Municipal Hospital Nurse's Residence, and a floor plan of the 1952 hospital. The artifact is the corporate seal for the Athabasca Municipal Hospital District No. 13. It was used from 1937 to 1984. On April 3, 1984 the Athabasca General and Auxiliary Hospital was officially opened. In 2011, the hospital celebrated 100 years of service to Athabasca with an Open House, program and bookmark. The fonds consists of a book entitled: Sisters of Providence of St.Vincent de Paul by Sister Mary Electa in 1961; ideas for the redesign of the Lessard house floor plan to accommodate 23-30 students, photocopied pictures of the first group of girls at Rosary Academy in Sept.1948, and pictures of the Home for the Aged and Chronically Ill. There are also photographs of the sisters who served in these two capacities.

The poem written in Dec. 1907 by Max Pelluet was presented at Dr. Boulanger's departure from Athabasca. Another photo shows Dr. Boulanger in Jasper in 1942.
