The sub-series consists of original writings or edited copies of Chapter 4, "Changing Courses" Part 4, for the history book Chepi Sepe. Records relate to histories of health services including health units, hospitals and the seniors' home.

The certificate is for Donald Cooke Grade 2 Piano.

The fonds consists of: the, "Bylaws of Grande Prairie Municipal Hospital" and the "Medical Services Incorporated Manual"; the minutes, lab manual and opening speech for the Dobson Medical Clinic; letters regarding the dispersal of its equipment upon closure; a proposal for a private regional medical laboratory; the, "Directory of Community Services", published by the Family Services Association; and the, "Final Sketch Design Report", for the Queen Elizabeth II Hospital in Grande Prairie.

The fonds consists of the by-laws, minutes, reports, membership lists, newsclippings and newsletters from Chapter 16; articles on the history of the AARN in Alberta; publications from the AARN including Nursing Legislation, the 1989 Rainbow Report which detailed the provincial government’s vision for health care in the province, and a group of photographs illustrating the medical and nursing history of Grande Prairie.

The fonds consists of: personal papers, (from the Sproule's time in Edmonton); and business records, (from his travelling practise in the Peace River Country, his office in Grande Prairie, and his practise in Edmonton).

The fonds consists of certificates from family members over three generations, letters from Ada McKeage to John Grant during their courtship, photographs of the Grant children, diaries and financial records from Alice Mary Short, and miscellaneous cards and letters. Included in the collection are the records of St. Andrew's Women's Auxiliary from Gladys, Alberta, dating from 1913-1923, for whom Mrs. McKeage was the secretary.

The fonds consists of photographs and a letter from Donald Norrie describing in detail some of the photographs. The photographs consist of buildings and people in Grande Prairie in 1928, including pictures of main street; Grande Prairie Hospital and staff; the Grande and Capital Theatres including projection equipment; Gypsy Moth aircraft and aerial photos; and Winter Carnival celebrations.

The fonds consists of a 1902 postcard from Dr. O'Brien to Miss Alice John from Germany; 29 over-sized pages of Surgeon's Reports from 1927 to 1938 listing the name of Dr. O'Brien's patients, their addresses, the diseases they suffered from and the amounts they were charged; 17 pages of monthly cash reports from 1941 to 1942 and one photo of Dr and Alice O'Brien. The surgeon's reports date from both the old pioneer log hospital and from the new Municipal Hospital.
