The fonds consists of: a printed pamphlet, with text in English, containing portraits of members of the Yugoslav team at the 1988 Olympic Winter Games; a portrait of an unidentified member of the team; the 1987-1988 handbook of the Yugoslav Ski team, in Slovenian (?) and English; and 2 stickers used by the Yugoslav Nordic Ski Team.

The fonds consists of correspondence, attendance records, financial records, minutes, and records related to the various committees of the Y's, dating from 1943-1965. The fonds also includes the names and birthdates of charter members.

The fonds consists of minutes, correspondence, financial records, etc. of Calgary Y's Men's Club and South Calgary Y's Men's Club.

The fonds consists of materials created or collected by the Edmonton Chapter of the Y's Menettes between 1951 and 1965. The fonds consists of photographs, bulletins, regional conference and Western District material, papers mostly relating to annual fundraising teas held and include the names of honoured guests, such as Mrs. Elmer Roper. There is also a scrapbook which includes additional photographs, a tea poster, bulletins, newspaper clippings, convention material, and financial statements.

The fonds consists of textual records which include annual reports, volumes of the YWCA Edmonton Contact, pamphlets and brochures and other YWCA Edmonton publications.

The fonds consists of constitution and bylaws (1905-2002), minutes (1905-1999), annual reports (1920-1999), Pat O'brien's files (1980-1990), Wayne Perkins' files (1968-1996), publications, newsletters, newsclippings, scrapbooks, marketing documents, membership rosters, branches and branch activity documents, fundraising and capital development campaigns, financial reports, staff and personnel documents, correspondence and subject files, affiliate organizations, photographs of members and activities, and promotional films and radio broadcast.

The City of Calgary Archives received approximately 11 meters of records from the Technology Group of OCO'88. These were from the two Divisions, namely the Systems Division and the Technical Services and Computing Systems Division. These records are predominately textual, but also consist of plans, blueprints, photo prints, a computer diskette and a cultural historic items (ID badge). Photo prints have been placed into appropriate archival enclosures and left in the file folders. Oversize material has been removed from original folders and placed into either oversize Hollinger boxes or map folders in map cabinets. The records have been arranged into 11 series. The fonds consists of 15 series, each of which is introduced by an "Archival Description" section and a "Scope and Content" note. Lengthier narratives have been added at the series level, rather than in the "Administrative History" section of the Team'88 Services Group above. With the ever-changing structure of OCO'88, the relative late creation of the Team'88 Services Group and numerous staff changes in a relatively short time, more detailed descriptions at the series level should make for easier use of the records by researchers.
