Includes minutes of the Athabasca sub-local, report regarding regionalization of the Aspen View Regional Division, and a photograph of Edwin Parr Composite Community School ca. 1961. There is also a reprint of the ATA magazine of June, 1920 and an original of the Alberta Teachers' Alliance Inc. magazine, Jan., 1933.

The fonds consists of materials created by the Athabasca and District Music Festival between 1974 and 2012. The fonds consists of annual programs and handbills for the final concerts; also included are the 1974, 1975, 1978, 1981, 1986-1990, 1993 annual financial statements. 20th and 35th Gala Concerts showcased former performers who have made a career in the arts. There are also several programs of the Alberta Music Festival Association annual Provincial Festivals and an "Anthology of Poetry", a collection of poems by local writers, sponsored by the Music Festival Association to celebrate Athabasca's 75th anniversary in 1986.

There are 2 copies of the Sept.21 2001 photo of citizens on the Town Common. Also included is a 1956-60, 1994, and 2005 Business Directory. The photographs include the 1992 Huron-Bruce Voyageurs, and photographs of town buildings. The artifacts include 6 metal dies used to create Athabasca Trade Dollars for the years 1978, 1979, 1981, 1982 and 1985.
