The fonds consists of the charter and by-laws; financial statements for 1983-1989; special project reports such as skate-a-thons, FCSS van purchase and baseball diamond construction; correspondence and some membership lists; 3 scrapbooks of clippings and photographs from 1956-1966, 1981-1982, 1962-1985.There is a special collection of material regarding the 1966 Klondike Karavan on the Athabasca Landing Trail. The artifacts include 2 large Kinsmen flags, a vest, trophies and corporate seals. In 1983 the Kinsmen Club sponsored the RCMP Musical Ride.

The fonds consists of incorporation certificates and by-laws for 1934,1952; minutes for Nov.1933-Dec.1935 and Dec.1952-June 1959; cash book for 1934-1947; correspondence for 1933-1939, 1947-1959, and sample receipts from local businesses. The 1939 correspondence includes rules, game schedules and some player names for the North Star Baseball League. The artifact is a club name stamp.

The fonds consists of photos of the 1959-60 Athabasca baseball team, 1948-49 Harvest Queen candidates, and Bill Blacklock and Hugo Coli by Athabasca Funeral Home; a 1962 list of electors for Pelican Portage; 2 reels of 8mm film taken when Hugo delivered ballot boxes in the Pelican area in [1955]. There is also a certificate for 10 shares purchased in Athabasca Clay Products in November, 1967.
