The fonds consists of documentation of John Clark's life; correspondence with his friends, colleagues, and business associates; documents and lecture notes from his academic career; scholarly articles and reviews; sketchbooks, notebooks and photographic studies for his artworks; catalogues and other records of his exhibitions; personal photographs; photographs of his artworks and exhibitions; and sound recordings and video recordings related to his work. The fonds includes materials collected by Pamela Clark following John's death. She arranged and annotated some of the files.
