Mackenzie and District Museum
The Mackenzie and District Museum was opened in 1991 and is operated by the Mackenzie and District Museum Society. The museum's holdings consist of artifacts, archival records, and historical reference material relating to Mackenzie and the area within the boundaries of the Mackenzie Forest District. The museum's holdings incorporate the collections of the former Mackenzie Heritage Society.

The museum collects materials dealing with the Mackenzie and District area. Archival holdings include photographs (1914-1995) and textual and printed materials (1955-1995).
