Baldwin and Helen Gill presented to the 1985 annual meeting of the Canadian Society for the History of Medicine, and an article by Douglas Baldwin from "Acadiensis", spring 1990. All three examine how the treatment of tuberculosis and the anti-T.B. movement affected the establishment of a provincial Department of Health in P.E.I. in 1931.
