The fonds consists of records that document the founding, activities, and functions of the Association, including correspondence, minutes, newsletters, financial reports, lists of members, copies of the constitution (1990 and revised June 10, 1993) and two copies of "Some thoughts on the raison d'etre and aims of our theological society," by Doug Harink, October 1989.

The photographic collection includes images of the mountains, villages, cities, parishes, and people of the areas where the Sisters from St. Josephs Province ministered or traveled. The album was assembled by Sister Merita Ward, who also organized into scrapbook form various memorabilia of her stay at the language school in Cochabamba, Bolivia, where she prepared for ministry in Chile.
The fonds consists of house chronicles, local council minutes, registers for local receipts and expenses; school policy booklet, year books, Newswheel, professional publications, newspaper articles, Order of Truck Rollers information, reference and subject files.
